Have you dreamed about the stage since childhood? And since childhood, my brother and sister and I put a variety of performances, concerts and ideas for our relatives. All birthdays took place very cheerfully - then there was no such thing as “animators”, we ourselves wrote a program of the holiday, invented games and various tests to make everyone interesting. The guests were always surprised how great it is.

Previously, few spent family holidays in this format, usually they simply set the table and that’s it. Went to some kind of theater studio? Without hesitation, I replied that I was theatrical, although I didn’t even know if there was such a circle. To my happiness, such a studio existed, it was called - "Eldorado." I came a little later, when the guys were already recruited. But they took me anyway. And I was happy! I played the role of a mouse there. Interest in the theater, as I said, woke up in childhood. But the teacher in acting, I was offered to become accidental when I worked in the theater as an actress. Colleagues worked part -time in different places, at different events - one of the actresses suggested replacing it.

I agreed. Then they offered more, but in another place. So I gradually gained experience with children. I graduated from the Yekaterinburg State Theater Institute, the course of Andrei Ivanovich Rusinov - one of the strongest masters. There I worked for eleven years as an actress. The work was combined with part -time jobs in various studios, where she taught acting but these were studios of a general developmental level.

Then everything was closed, and in my life a black strip began. I divorced my husband, then dad dies, mom is sick. And I am one with a child from Samart and remain without work. In general, everything coincided. It was there that I received colossal experience and decent results. It is also important to be a good psychologist here in order to respond correctly to different situations, since the children are very good manipulators and they always “probe the soil” permitted. If you do not put the boundaries in time, then it will only be worse. I also want to note that the atmosphere of classes is important - it is necessary that it be positive and light, but at the same time discipline is also important.

From the first lessons, I try to explain that attention is very important in the acting profession. But, as everyone knows, children have huge problems with this. Therefore, we work first of all on attention, and only then, when they hear the teacher carefully, then you can already create and create something. And there are the other way around - fixed and modest children.

I try to work carefully with such guys - a feeling of comfort is important for them, I never give it a result at once, because they must first open and trust. And, in fact, such guys, as a rule, surprise and amaze even parents! And parents sometimes come up and say: “But we did not know that mine could! Of course, when a good result is obtained, everything returns several times more, but at the very beginning you need to invest enough.

It happens that they arrange tantrums, fight or simply do not want to engage. The main thing is to remain calm and not react sharply. It is necessary to give the opportunity to survive these emotions. If he doesn’t want to engage, I do not force, but I say: “Then sit, the main thing is that it does not interfere with others.” And very often a miracle occurs - it after some time is included in the work.

But, of course, everything is individual. When fights take place and some of the situation, we begin to discuss this with the whole team so that everyone expresses our opinion. It is important that the guys understand that they are not only scolded, but they are found out and disassemble a specific situation.It is always important for me to find out the cause of the conflict, and not just shut up the child.

I am talking a lot with younger groups about discipline and this gives a good result over time. The main thing is that there is always contact with the children, so that they do not go offense, otherwise they will close and close and perceive you as an enemy. Why do you love her? I always want to develop and improve, since the profession of the teacher is very responsible - the future of the child depends on the foundation. This work opens up new facets in me.
