Are you a coach, a business trainer? I probably just “a sip of fresh air”, I call it as a “stand-upamy”, and funny and in the case. I always say: I arrived, take my ideas, steal and earn money. I probably inspire. Then they tell me that it came in handy for them, what happened ... - Now there is a lot of coaching in Russia, including to Arkhangelsk. But people often say: I listened to these lectures, participated in trainings, but did not successfully. Is it possible to teach success at all? Very often all kinds of coaches are theorists, they have never been businessmen. And you look at such a “coach”, I want to ask him: have you earned a million? And I went through all this “trash” - flew up, fell, almost planted, returned again.

I was inspired by Fedor Ovchinnikov with his “Dodo-pizza”, I read his posts in social networks, he pleases me. A personal example is important. How did you survive this? Some in such situations shoot, fled. Did you remove some kind of lesson from this? I did not have depression to strangle. For two weeks I sat in Moscow, drank vodka, watched films and sobbed. Then I realized that we had to go further, somehow escape.

And at some point I decided to just rejoice at one day. I managed to do something - already good. Lived, as they say, without a strategy. Friends, recent partners ... - No, almost no one supported, since I did not communicate with anyone from a “past life” so as not to substitute anyone. And so the brother, mom and dad helped. Then he began to communicate more, including those who once went about the police.

We drank a glass, I told them that I did not hold evil. The people whom I once hired to work today, they have risen, are engaged in a serious business. How did this idea occur to you, and do you still lead it? Therefore, I started a blog, made the first entry that some unrealistic number of people read, and then they began to interview me-the 1st channel, the 5th channel, Forbes.

Then he began to make a column for Forbes. I write regularly, and about everything, but I try to give more positive. I am like an “akyn” - what I see, I sing about that. And the people are interested, they themselves tell me - it is so great that you don’t have a trash on your blog. It is enough on TV and on the Internet. And I have “jokes” are different, a lot of humor. He also took off high, then he fell tightly, finally left Arkhangelsk and builds a successful business in Moscow ...

- He is my friend. When I see how much he earned, I feel insignificant. He opened about 80 projects throughout the country and, I think that he earns billions of rubles. He is still associated with “Point G” and “Pisisks”, but this is only half a percent of his business. We often see us quite often, really, we are friends, but he is peculiar. We communicate, because we are not conducting a joint business, we would have quarreled.

A very cool man - honest, real, holds his word. You once compared our city with a swamp. Can you change something? The roads are not very, ugly houses, shopping centers. The people are only good. I am sad that I see here. Now I have arrived not for some kind of space fee, but to give lectures for students. This is my contribution, including to Arkhangelsk. What is our local businessmen do today, Sunday today?

Sleep with a hangover or ski ride. They could come and listen to my lecture. But they live in this swamp. The Soviet Union made a bunch of cities in which so many people should not be. In Yekaterinburg - the minus I ask: why do you live here?

This is strange: by its own free will exist in the refrigerator. You can live in warm places - Krasnodar, Sochi, Kaliningrad. And then you come to the cemetery and see: someone died in a “fifty dollars”. I do not want to die in the "fifty dollars". I say to people: roll everything out of here, there should be thousands of populations or you need to move to those cities where it is more comfortable.

For a businessman, close the door - he will climb out the window, close the window - it will crawl through the toilet, close the toilet - through the ventilation or crack will leak out. In America, the average millionaire runs out seven times. If you make good coffee or pizza, you will be in demand. An indicator of our “swamp”: three years ago I traveled throughout the country for money, gave lectures, and in Arkhangelsk they asked me: how much you will pay us.

But it cannot be said that everything is bad here.Recently I was in London, so out of eight establishments in six there were naked toilets. No connection in the subway, 4 G accidentally found. In Arkhangelsk there are good cafes and restaurants, in a couple of years the airport will become a more decent. Not everything is so bad with business. Flower due to the crisis, more precisely due to the growth of the euro, fell strongly.

Since we buy in the euro, it is dependent on it. Sales are very decreased. The situation is better for honey, this year we grew 10 times. We do not just buy honey, but also hands balm and lip balm. I think that I wedged with an understandable brand, with a clear price. I published a book that is sold at the level of Tinkov and Mann, also received something from it. My lecture costs - thousands in two hours.

Plus, I am still an employee, I am responsible for the PR brand Beeline. I am such a “assembly toilet” - both a businessman and a mercenary. First they will create, spin, and then rest on the islands in silence? I am in him, the same. I can’t sit or lie on the beach. If we talk about vacation, I have never been engaged in sunbathing. I don’t think I get tired, and I will rest. In addition, I will continue to be an expert.

I don’t want to work as a mercenary in the distant future: sitting in offices, sitting at meetings is not mine. Although the experience in LiveJournal and Beeline helped me a lot. What do you advise young businessmen? Can you give a universal recipe? In business, as in boxing, everything is simple: they gave you in the face, and you get up and beat further.
