My last place of work was the Ministry of Development of Infrastructure of the Kaliningrad Region, the post of Deputy Minister. Having taken part in the Russian Leaders contest, the presidential platform “Russia is the country of opportunities”, I became the winner in the track “Public Administration” in the year. And in July this year, she abandoned her career in her native region and first changed her place of residence-she left to live and work in Rostov-on Don.

The reason was the proposal of “from scratch” to develop the Central Regional bus station here - a project with a budget of 1 billion rubles. For a specialist, this is a chance that many have been waiting for all my life, and I could not refuse. From mathematics, this is not far, it has a section that is engaged in transport tasks. So five years later I became a girl with a diploma in the specialty "Organization of Transportation and Management in Transport." The first place of work was my university - I remained teaching and after three years of work at the department I received an offer to become a leading manager of the technical school, which we then attached to ourselves.

I was incomplete 25 years old, I had no management experience, and they gave me a thought for a day. Then my dad said: “Find out whether you can or not, you can only agree. And if you agree and be able to, then you can do everything. ” He turned out to be absolutely right. The work was hard: one hundred teachers, some of which are three times older than me, and students, mainly boys. When we finished the association, set up communications, adapted the programs and passed accreditation, I realized that the current work would begin and, in principle, "the Moor can leave." I am not a "processor", but a crisis manager, rather.

I always need a super -task. After graduating from the economic lyceum, I really wanted to continue to engage in mathematics at our BFU, but my older sister was already studying at this faculty, and my parents suggested that another option-something applied. I have been working for almost all my life by profession, and in this sense a rather “rare beast” - there are few women in our sphere.

Once a friend from the regional government called and said that the Ministry of Development of Infrastructure has a place for an engineer. I immediately agreed: the new Federal Law on the Organization of Passenger Transportation was released, and it was necessary to fully adapt regional legislation to it, change the system, work with routes. A year later, I was already a leading consultant, began to work in parallel in the youth government and became deputy chairman.

But once the “global” tasks ended there. Not to say that I take it for all large -scale offers, but usually I find myself where everything is as new and incomprehensible as possible. Leaving the ministry, I went to lead the regional state -owned enterprise "Bus Station" - this is a network of ten bus stations in the region. For five years, many challenges fell upon us, starting from the World Cup and ending with Pandemia.

But it was still interesting, and the creative in solving problems had to be shown such as in a calm stop you definitely cannot repeat! Plus, they returned a little more than in a year. Then I began to participate in the contests "Leaders of Russia". In the first year, I was not even allowed to manifest. It was a shame, I again submitted an application a year later, and I did not have enough points before entering the semifinals.

On the third attempt, I got to the semifinals and took the place at 30 finalists. By this moment I had already decided that enough. Friends told my friends that I would only go to my professional track - I realized that there would never be “transport”. But it turned out that there will be "public administration". I adhere to my promises. For the fourth time, I no longer tried to “portray” someone, copy.

When she won, she was in absolute shock. After this competition, I returned to our Ministry of Infrastructure Development already to the post of deputy minister and worked there until the spring of the year. Why did I leave again? Because the project “Regional bus station“ Central ”in Rostov-on-Don is unprecedented tasks in my professional sphere, and most likely there will be no such opportunity.

It is impossible to embody some ideas on an existing transport facility, and a new project is a clean sheet, and you can bring the result as close as possible to the ideal. I am very grateful to my leader, the governor of the Kaliningrad region Anton Andreyevich Alikhanov, for the dialogue that we took place, and for letting me go. The move was very difficult for me - to throw work, relatives, to leave my city.But Kaliningrad has a special place in my heart, it seems to me that any person born there always seeks to return.

By a happy coincidence, my closest friends, whom I met on the “leaders of Russia”, live in Rostov-on-Don. In an interview, I already said that I consider my main prize at the competition it is precisely friends. If not for their support, perhaps I would not dare. I also brought my dog ​​with me. The fact that a year and a half ago I still started a puppy, I consider it my personal victory.

Time, an understanding of responsibility and many, many other “but” always prevented this, but at some point I let go of fears. This happened just a couple of months before my victory in the competition "Leaders of Russia". In our professional environment, we do not have to communicate with women often. Including, therefore, I became a member of the educational program “Woman Leader” of the Senezh Office of the Presidential Platform “Russia-Country of Opportunities”.

This is my big growth zone. Girls on the program are different, but first of all they are girls. Therefore, the program is called the "woman leader", not the "leader-woman". Firstly, this is a training in command interaction, and this SoftSkylls skill should be pumped constantly. Secondly, social projects. I dealt a lot in different aspects, and, unfortunately, during the pandemic we had to suspend one interesting project.

With the help of the program, I hope to revive it: not just return to life, but rethink, finish, improve. It so happened that with our team on the program we chose to implement it. On Saturdays, in different coffee houses, short lectures on a free topic were held. Any person who wanted to talk about something important or interesting about something from his point of view-no restrictions within the framework of the legal field could come to a speaker.

We defeated the TED lecture format, but in our own way: at 11 o’clock in the morning on Saturday, working people look approximately like Teddy bear. They really need coffee and wake up, and we helped them in this. We took the pillows with this bear, and many unprofessional speakers performed with him: hugged him, squeezed him, and this helped to relax or focus. For many, those performances became the beginning of a new direction in a career or even a new profession.

There were people who met at these meetings and began to do joint projects. I acted as the organizer and the host, also told some stories, wrote posts, announcements, ads, and my husband took off and mounted. We launched “Morning with Teddy” as an alternative form of leisure, and then it turned out that this story is not about stories, and not about sharing, but about acquaintance and communication.

It turned out to be an amazing reason to get people out of online and introduce each other in a slight format. The community was formed completely unplanned. Therefore, at a new stage, the purpose of the project will no longer be enlightenment, but to get acquainted and deformation for adults who can no longer make friends as easily as we did in childhood.
