A month ago, with a similar motivation for the deputy mandate, the opposition, a representative of "Fair Russia" Gennady Gudkov was deprived. As stated on the website of the TFR, from September 17 to August 30, Knyshov was a member of the Board of Directors of the Inbister commercial organization in Bratislava. He, together with a certain citizen of Russia Kirsanov, is listed as the founder of this company.

According to the Investigative Committee, 12 commercial enterprises were registered in Russia in the name of Knyshov. At the same time, he got to the State Duma of the sixth convocation earlier - December 4. The Investigative Committee accuses Knyshov of violation of the Constitution and the Federal Law on the status of a deputy. The official representative of the department Vladimir Markin said on Tuesday that the Investigative Committee would send the materials of the Knyshov case for verification to the Duma.

The Investigative Committee promises that based on the results a "procedural decision" will be made. Party colleagues doubt that Knyshov will call the mandate, and opposition deputies believe that there is every reason for this. He was in the relevant committee and previously engaged in the business of the same profile. This is normal: Chukharkin children should not rule the country - Knyshov has a successful experience in conducting a construction business, ”said Vladimir Gutenev, a member of the United Russia faction in the State Duma.

A member of the rallies for honest elections - called this decision of the political revenge of United Russia. Dmitry Gudkov on his blog posted information about Knyshov’s income, listing the names of firms, including in Slovakia, and indicated what share in them supposedly belongs to Knyshov. He emphasized that in Slovakia the final registration of the company is carried out only after the founders received a residence permit.

Knyshov himself in September rejected these accusations. All the necessary documents - and not computer electronic copies that are not documents, but official documents - I will present to the commission in the near future. The just -Russians were sent to the State Duma of Deputy Ethics Commission to the State Duma Commission on the State Duma on the State Duma. The Yabloko party - not presented in the Duma - provided information about another 21 deputy.

The commission first examined the materials of the Yabloko party and in mid -September stated that she had not found violations of the actions of the deputies whom the Yablons accused of commercial activities. At the second meeting, the information provided by the fair Russians, including in relation to Knyshov, was studied. The commission did not find illegitimate income from these deputies.
