For me, this was not in words since twenty-two years old, it was experience, I knew how it could be. ” After that, interest in the outside world was practically lost, it was a period of residence of the other extreme.

There was a very strong gap between mysticism and life, and this was the impetus for the study of psychology. A few years later, when it came to understand that life can be beautifully living on the outside and inside, mysticism and life managed to combine. There are two phenomena. In one case, happiness is simply the opposite of grief. This is duality. That is, when I feel bad, I feel bad, and when I have glimpses of happiness - this is the opposite of the state when I was ill.

Such happiness is always vulnerable, always temporary. Because this happiness is simply the other side of pain, grief, and so on. This is always a series: grief and happiness, joy - sadness, joy from communication and pain of loneliness. This is a phenomenon when we accept happiness, as something opposite to suffering. This is in the world of duality. Which cannot be influenced by any emotional states or processes in life, because this condition accepts any processes in their entirety.

And acceptance itself gives a person a sense of happiness, a sense of freedom
